Choice of 1 or 2 Entrées:

  • Spice Encrusted New York Steak Hand carved 8oz AAA Strip loin coated in gourmet steak spice, pan seared and charbroiled, topped with brandy cream sauce.
  • Prime Rib Slow cooked tender prime rib, hand carved to 8oz, served with au jus and Horseradish.
  • Oven Baked Fillet of Tilapia Lightly seasoned Tilapia fillet baked golden brown, served with fresh asparagus.
  • Poached Atlantic Salmon Steak Atlantic Salmon poached in an aromatic bath of white wine, lemon, dill and herbs and served with a white wine cream sauce.
  • Supreme Chicken Breast A duo of seasoned sham baked chicken breasts topped with your choice of white wine, Supreme, or Herb Garlic Sauce.
  • Stuffed Chicken Breast Tender chicken breast filled with your choice of Herb butter, Broccoli and Cheese, Black Forest Ham and Swiss Cheese or Marinara and Mozzarella.

Choice of Potato: (Only 1 choice for all entrées, rice will be served with any fish entrée)

$23.95/person plus taxes and gratuities

Corkage fee for homemade wine is $7.00 per litre. The cash bar cannot be open at the same time homemade wine is served due to LCBO licensing. The bride and groom will be required to purchase a special events license at the LCBO for any homemade wine being served at dinner.
